The RQ-4 has an empty weight of around 8,500 lbs- comparing it to an ERJ 145 with an empty weight of around 26,000 is ridiculous. The RQ-4 is a small fighter sized aircraft with a very long wingspan- it’s smaller than a U-2 except for wingspan.
