BRUNSWICK — Kestrel Aircraft Co. president and chief executive officer Alan Klapmeier told the Brunswick Town Council on Tuesday night that “we don’t have any plans to do a UAV (drone aircraft)” as part of the startup firm’s plan to launch a composite aircraft-building operation in town.
